Common questions
Will the other person know I checked them?
Only if you share a certificate with them. Viewing a certificate requires the holder's OTP — so the holder always knows when their certificate is viewed.
Is my Aadhaar data safe?
We never store your Aadhaar XML or full Aadhaar number. We extract only your verified name, date of birth, and last 4 digits — then immediately discard the source data.
Can I get verified without DigiLocker?
Yes. We offer manual Aadhaar KYC via our partner Sandbox.in while DigiLocker OAuth approval is in process. The verification outcome is identical.
